MEDICINE MAN

Certain regions of Panama do still have malaria, but most areas, including Casa Blanca are free of this disease.  It is always a good idea to be updated on tetinus and hepititus shots before any trip to a less developed region.

Regarding vaccinations and anti-malarials, we highly recommend you discuss with your doctor the proper preparations and time frame in which to get started.  For further information on vaccinations and malaria, the Centers for Disease Control is a good source of facts to help guide you. They are at:  http://www.cdc.gov/travel/camerica.htm.
